Yoga and Flowers, Sept Coming soon

$50.00

Come share an evening with us at the farm where we’ll join the powerful and beautiful forces of yoga and flowers.

Lisa King who is a delightful certified yoga instructor will lead us once again through a relaxing, gentle yoga session. No experience is necessary and Lisa will gear the class towards all ability levels and ages. Yoga combines flexibility, strength, and community and we’re most excited about the community. After a 45 minute workout, we’ll transition to flowers and head to the dahlia beds where there are plenty of flowers for all. Each can create a wild ball jar style arrangement that would look perfect on your kitchen table! So many pretty flowers to choose from with dahlias in full bloom. And as usual, there will be flowers left so likely you’ll take home a few extras!

Description

We will begin the evening at the Homeplace, 399 Bruce Doan Rd., 37617 (or inside the Homeplace if it rains). I’ll try to remember to put balloons on the mailbox and please pull down the driveway to the white farmhouse. We do ask you to bring a yoga mat if you have one or a towel or blanket if you don’t. Yoga will be on grass if outside or gravel if inside. We will be cutting dahlias, so bring nippers if you have them, but we’ll have plenty. There is no restroom at the Homeplace but we can take a break when needed. We will meet rain or shine. Space is limited and while registration is not refundable you may gift your spot to a friend if for some reason you can’t attend.
