Wedding Photography/Videography Workshop – Oct. 15, 4:30 pm

Come join us and build your wedding portfolio! If you’re an old hand experiment and play with a beautiful farm setting, armloads of flowers, and backdrops and couples that just lend themselves to beauty and if you’re brand new to the game get started with several different wedding settings and a photographer to help you. We love our farm and fall provides its own special magic. We’re always looking for fun ways to share the farm and our flowers and we love having free spirited photographers/videographers visit! This has become one of our favorite workshops for so many reasons. We gather for a Workshop/PhotoShoot from early evening when the light is starting to get “good” and stay til we get sleepy.

We will have prepared bridal bouquets full of dahlias and all things fall and brides and grooms to hold them, tablescapes, an arbor, a flower girl or two and more – all styled and ready. Each will have a set time with a bride (or couple) and then will move to a second bride and then to a third bride. There will also be time for photographing/videoing tables, installs and whatever the farm has to offer. Please bring additional items if you’d like to create your own flatlays etc.  We also build in time for each of you to create your own bouquet with our gentle guidance, then an evening with a campfire and anything we can roast on a stick!

Susan Liles my friend and ever so talented floral designer will join me and together we’ll guide all things floral. You’ll be on your own to be as creative as you’d like for your own shoots, but @annahedges, who knows her way around both photography and our farm will assist if needed and help you set up your shots etc

And we ask you to share some of your photos with Linda, she and Susan will post and share your images on social media and also share with our brides.

Registration is $235 and includes all photo/video options at the Homeplace, Aunt Willie’s and beyond; bouquet making session, flowers to take home, campfire supper, and plenty of time to share wedding stories with other photographers. Please call or text 423-367-0361 if you have questions.
